    Remote Customer Service Representative: Inbound & outbound calls with clients to obtain their medical history information. Must have a strong knowledge of medical terminology; Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

    Multi-tasking: Speak with customers while entering information into the system

    Full-time positions: (two shifts avaiable 7am-4pm CST and 12pm-8pm CST M-F)

    Qualifications

    To be considered for employment, you must meet the following requirements:

    • Must have a professional environment at your home. (This includes a quiet, dedicated work space with a locked door)
    • Must have a fully updated computer system with spyware/virus protection and a high quality headset to utilize during working hours.
    • High speed Internet via Cable modem or DSL. (at this time satellite internet service is not compatible).
    • Must have a dedicated voice line. (You may use VoIP services as long as you have QoS packet shapers as part of your service.) Cordless phones and cell phones are not acceptable.
